A day in the life of a primary school teacher V

Arrived at work at 7.15am. Spent approx I hour preparing lessons then went for a cup of tea with colleagues. Gave my class (years 3 and 4) a spelling test first thing, then taught music to the infants up until lunchtime. Choir rehearsal 12.30-1pm - all sang well!

Worked with my class this afternoon on Powys: A Day in the Life Project, encouraging them to complete their diaries. Arrived home at 4.45pm. Taught English lesson to Thai student til 6pm then flute to GCSE student from the high School. After evening meal - spaghetti bolognaise, watched Holby City on TV, had bath and went to bed 10.30pm. Read 'The Marrying Game' until 11.15pm.
