In the afternoon I type the Agenda for the next Community Council meeting to be held at 7.30 p.m. in the Parish Hall on 3.10.02.

These are then printed off on the computer. There are thirteen Community Councillors serving Old Radnor and the surrounding area. Each one has a copy of the Agenda and the Minutes from the previous meeting. Additionally, five copies are printed off to go on the local notice boards.

The post is sent first class and posted from Kington in time to catch the 5.30 p.m. collection.
